Every box will include:
-Spring greens salad with homemade ginger or miso dressing,
-Tempura combination with:
-Shrimp
-Asian dumpling stuffed with chicken and onion ring,
-Combination of maguro, sake and Japanese tai snapper on a bed of sushi rice
-Traditional California roll with snow crab avocado and cucumber.
Hot choices: Select one
-Flamed broiled fillet of chicken served over soba noodles and Teriyaki sauce.
-3 jumbo prawns sauteed in red chili with crawfish and mango salsa.
-Scottish wild salmon grilled with special garlic reduction.
Dessert is a tempura banana with honey lemon dressing and blue bell vanilla ice cream.
