Exploring California by glass!

Okay, so we can’t afford those $100 California Cabs anymore. With all the wines and wineries in the state, it’s hard to know which ones provide the best value for your wine dollar.  Chef Cynthia will do the legwork and present an evening of affordable California wines, all paired with the best produce and products of our state.  This event will offer a sampling of both whites and reds from the Santa Cruz, Monterey, Central Coast  and Paso Robles AVA's of the state, paired with a full meal and a cheese from California.  We'll taste 8 wines from different winemakers based in the central part of the state, and  learn about the sub regions such as Santa Lucia Highlands.  Our dinner will include an appetizer, salad, main course, vegetables, etc, so please let Chef Cynthia know if you have any dietary restrictions.  Save money on gas and tour Californi with Chef Cynthia this summer!
