Cost is $40 per guest(tax & gratuity included)

Binkley’s Kitchen and Bar & Upland Brewing Co. are teaming up to bring you a 6 course dinner.  Chef Aaron Cook has masterfully constructed a menu and paired each course with one of Upland’s fine brews

1) Seared Diver Scallops with Diakon, Ginger and Jalapeno ‘Spaghetti’ in a lemongrass broth

                -With Wheat Ale

2) Asparagus, Semi-Crisp Prosciutto, Poach Egg Yolk, Tomato concasse, Hollandaise

                -With Dragonfly IPA

3) Braised Short Ribs with Fried Polenta, Fava Beans, and Demi Glaze

                -With Bad Elmer’s Porter

4) Pulled Duck Pizza.

                -Preservation Pilsner

5) Brandade wrapped in an Ale Crepe with Sherry Reduction and Chive

                -With Amber Ale

6) Napoleon of Chocolate Shortcake and Fresh Strawberry with spun sugar, sweet cream, vanilla and ale sauce

                -With Nut Hugger Ale
