Chef Cook-Off at Midsummer HerbFest
Join Sommeliers and Chefs a for a fun day in the countryside!

Savvy Company's  Sommelier Debbie Trenholm, is returning for her 6th year hosting the popular Chef Cook-off at Midsummer Herbfest located at The Herb Garden in Almonte, Ontario.

Under a big top tent, three local Ottawa chefs will demonstrate how they use fresh herbs in their recipe. A group of audience participants will be on hand to judge the demonstration, but more importantly the delicious dishes. Debbie will provide wine and food pairing tips and will match each dish with a Ontario wine.
