Did you know they produce Shiraz in South Africa? Great wines - very European in style. Explore the famous wine-producing countries and regions of the world, learning basic wine information and regional culture, history and wine and food pairing. Sample between 8-12 wines per class and learn to distinguish tastes by region of origin. Bread and cheese will be served with each class.
