Germany produces some of the best food and dessert wines found anywhere
in the world. Come learn how to read a German wine label. Learn basic wine information and regional culture, history and wine
and food pairing. Sample between 8-12 wines per class and learn to
distinguish tastes by region of origin. Bread and cheese will be served
with each class.
