Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc all have one thing in common - they are from France. Without question the most important wine producing country in the world. Learn basic wine information and regional culture, history and wine and food pairing. Sample between 8-12 wines per class and learn to distinguish tastes by region of origin. Bread and cheese will be served in class.
