We are pleased to announce Sugo Restaurant & Tapas' Monthly Wine Dinner Series continues on Thursday, July 23rd featuring the highly-prized wines from Athenee Importers.  Athenee, established in 1973, is the largest importer and distributor of Greek wines in the United States.  With highly acclaimed wines from Argyros Estate, Chateau Mercouri, and the Gai’a Winery, Athenee Importers is dedicated to strengthening the global perception of Greek wines.  Our guest speaker, Andrea Englisis, is the Vice President of Athenee Importers and is considered a true leader within the Greek wine community.  In 2007, Andrea completed and received her Diploma in Wine & Spirits from the International Wine Center in New York City, an affiliate of London’s Wine & Spirits Education Trust. Her focus and passion in the U.S. market is to educate which is why we can’t think of anyone better to take us on a journey through the history and culture that is in each bottle of Greek wine!

The event is $49 plus tax and gratuity, will include four Greek wines paired with four Greek dishes. Live entertainment provided by Michael Carlton King.
