weekend's menu is to celebrate the freshness, simplicity and delightful
art of Spanish Tapas. I have recently been in the town of Segovia
during the 2009 Tapas competition, where many different interpretation
of classical dishes where expressed with great personalities. I salute
back to those moments and bring some of my favorites to our dining room
for you to savor.
