We'll focus on the differences in Bordeaux Communes, specifically:
St-Estephe
Pauillac
St. Julien
Margaux
Pessac-Leognan
St. Emilion
Pomerol
While tasting the wines blind,
we'll look for the austere structure of St-Estephe, the generous power
of Pauillac and the perfumy aromatics and velvety texture of Margaux
among others.
Please note that this tasting is a great value for the price, and you will be tasting some truly great wines. However, it is geared towards wine students who are seriously interested in the learning aspect and might not be the best choice for simply something romantic to do on a date night.
