The component class is a great entry level seminar for the enthusiast or professional that wants to develop or improve their evaluation techniques. Each component of the class covers a different aspect of wine descriptive evaluation, focusing on the three key senses: vision, smell and taste. Sensory and evaluation exercises will be followed by wine tastings that focus on the specific sensory skill being developed. You will map your palate in this class.
