Join Chef Amber Lorden from the Wine Society for a unique cheese tasting and seminar on summer cheese plate composition. Learn how to choose and serve the perfect cheese for your next summer soirée.
Our cheese plate will be composed of six varieties: Blue, Hard, Soft, Sheep/Goat, Flavored and House Made Mozzarella.
You'll enjoy traditional and unique accompaniments for each of our selections such as nuts, fruits, spreads, bread and of course wine will be one of them! We'll be sampling a sparkling, white, red and dessert wine that pair perfectly with our cheese plate
