Come join us for a one night wine cellar seminar with Charlie Saunders at The Wine Society on Thursday, July 23rd from 7:00pm to 9:30pm.  Why should you have a wine cellar?  From beginner to dedicated oenophile, the decisions you make as you purchase and accumulate wine eventually lead to the creation of a physical place designated as your "wine cellar."  In this one night workshop Charlie Saunders, owner of The Wine Society, will discuss the points to consider-both in terms of how to select wines for your cellar and the preferred conditions for storage.  The course will start with a lecture, segue into a wine tasting, and conclude with recommendations for a starter case of wine.  The starter cases will be structured at three levels: Vin de Cuisine, Fine Dining, and finally Serious Collectables.  Bring your questions about how to organize your cellar, how to balance your selections or anything else relevant to creating a personal collection of wines that you can enjoy for years to come!  The price for this course is $50.00.
