If it sparkles it is fair game. Champagne, Cava, Prosecco or Cali Sparkling all have at least one thing in common, they are just plain fun!
Sparkling wines are some of the very best wines to pair with cheeses, so we will be pairing each glass of bubbly with a different cheese from our new artisan cheese shop.
