Explore the famous wine-producing countries and regions of the world, learning basic wine information and regional culture, history and wine and food pairing. Sample between 8-12 wines per class and learn to distinguish tastes by region of origin. Bread and cheese will be served with each class. Fee includes wine, food, handouts and tuition. From Tuscany to the Piedmont and from the Italian alps in the North to the Boot in the South Italy produces some great wines.
