Bridgeport Ranch Barns and Terrace announce “The Best of Beef and Wine Tasting Festival to be held on Saturday, July 11, 2009. The evening begins at 6:00 pm and will feature tasty beef dishes, paired with Paso Robles Wine Country premium wines, while listening to award wining music of Jay Parsons. Harris Ranch Beef, along with Billy & Sue Ruiz of RFDTV’s Cowboy Flavor will “steer up” tantalizing dishes while the Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance will pair up its premium wines with each recipe. Tickets are available for $75 per person, and include a souvenir Riedel wine glass and “The Best Of” recipes and wine pairing suggestions from the evening’s festivities.
