Miami, FL-July 1st, 2009. SUMMER IS HERE & IT’S SIZZLING! If you are looking for a way to cool down and enjoy some fantastic Italian cuisine, the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce July cooking show is the perfect anecdote. The IACC cordially invites you to their next installment of the Italian Cooking Show III, offering its guests a delicious journey through the regions of Valle D’ Aosta and Friuli Venezia Giulia. This interactive event allows patrons to view top chefs from local Italian restaurants while they battle against each other in a culinary cook off. Being its third event this summer, the Italian Cooking Show promises to wow its guests with creatively thought out recipes, bites to entice your palate, and succulent wines that will leave you ready for more. Presented by: Alma Food Imports, Citterio, Consorzio Tutela Grana Padano, Subzero & Wolf with supporting sponsors: Whole Foods Market Coral Gables, Academia Barilla, Ghiott Firenze, Man Adv USA, Inc, Mia Cucina, Norba Inc.- Mozzarita, Nestle’ Water North America, Orso Italian Specialty Food, PDF Foods, Inc., Massimo Zanetti Beverages USA, Inc., Monteripoli, Tomson Hospitality Boutique, Trend USA, Granite Transformations- Miami, WebVisionItaly.com, with wines from International Wine Imports,  24SunnyWine Srl, Bucovaz, and Cantina Paltrinieri.  

This fantastic interactive experience is open to a maximum audience of 40 guests per class, running from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. Guests will have an opportunity to vote for the best dish, and immediately following that experience a very intimate Italian Food Festival sampling various wines, drinks, and bites from each of the participating sponsors. The reception is open to the entire community of Italian food lovers, with the idea of celebrating authentic Italian ingredients, foods, and beverages that reflect the true spirit of a real Italian Food Festival!
