Tonight’s class is all-fierce, all killer, all Riesling, all the time baby!  No other grape, well maybe Pinot Noir, makes such terroir driven and characterful wines.  Since Riesling makes quite possibly the world’s greatest white wine, tonight we’ll focus on the three countries that produce the best: Germany, France, and Austria.  None of tonight’s wines will be dessert wines, though not all will be dry either.  Just what on earth does that mean?  Come find out. Be fierce, be independent, and (dare I say it) be mondo hip and join us tonight for what will be one heck of a tasting.  Your instructor will be Jamie “the Chardslayer” Koren.
