Australia Wine Tasting! Tuesday, July 14th – 7 pm
d’Arenberg Vineyards is one of the most significant wineries in McLaren Vale, South Australia! All grapes, red and white, are basket-pressed. The reds are still traditionally fermented with the grape skins (caps) submerged in open wax-lined concrete fermenters utilizing the age-old technique of foot-treading.
d’Arenberg’s art of being different extends to a range of fortified and dessert wines, which have legendary status worldwide. We’ll be trying their Hermit Crab Marsanne/Viognier, Stump Jump Shiraz/Grenache, Custodian Grenache, High Trellis Cabernet and the Laughing Magpie Shiraz/Viognier.
Cost is only $20 per person! ($15 for Wine Club Members) Reservations Required. Light appetizers provided.
