Beer Pairing Dinner Wednesday July, 15 @7pm $35 (includes tax and gratuity) Presented by Matt Simpson AppetizerCrispy Fried Green Tomato topped with baked cheese and a Cajun remoulade sauce BeerTerrapin Sunray Wheat-German-style unfiltered wheat beer brewed with a touch of local Georgia Coast Tupelo honey from the Savannah Bee Company. It’s inviting banana and sweet clove like aroma gives way to a pleasant clean finish with a hint of tartness. Salad Spinach salad served with sliced red onions, egg and mushrooms topped with a warm bacon vinaigrette BeerLeffe Blonde- a clear, golden body with a thick, dense and rocky head. Its nose is fully of bananas and sweet spice. The mouth feel is silky and the beer sweet. EntreeTraditional Chicken Cordon Bleu stuffed with ham, Swiss and mozzarella cheeses, served with a side of creamy mashed potatoes BeerSouthampton Double White- "Double Gravity" version of a classic Belgian-style white ale. Brewed with quality grains and hops. Lightly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange. DessertWarm Apple Crisp made with fresh apples baked to perfection and topped with a sweet and crumbly topping, served with a scoop on vanilla ice cream BeerLindeman's Pomme - authentic apple lambic from Belgium. The flavor of a lambic is dry, complex, tart, and like no other beer. |
