Super sommelier, author and wine educator, Marnie Old, will be at Roller's at Flying Fish on Sunday, 19 July from 3:30 to 5 to lead an interactive tasting and seminar on pairing foods with wine and beer.  She'll also be selling and signing copies of her wonderful 2008 book, He Said Beer, She Said Wine: Impassioned Food Pairings to Debate and Enjoy.  Come experience Marnie's enthusiasm and accessible ebullient teaching style.  $20. per person in advance ($30. at the door) includes a sampling of foods, wines and beers specifically selected to illustrate pairing principles.  Cash or check only.  Seating is limited and be aware that foods provided will not replace a meal.
