We believe that continued education of both our Passion Vines Friends and ourselves is imperative to a greater understanding and appreciation of wine and the world. Explore the essentials of the wine world with educator, Barbara Watson. Experience a full tasting flight of white and red wines designed to build confidence in your own tasting ability as you explore the history of wine, principles of smelling and tasting, and food and cheese pairings. This participant driven class will introduce you to main grape varietals, as well as help you buy, order and serve wine with assurance.
