Join us at Bomberos Café and Wine Bar on Monday, July 6, for “South American Chardonnay in Depth” - a refreshing journey into the styles of Chardonnay produced in Argentina, Chile and Brazil.  We will taste and evaluate the various aromas and flavors that this versatile varietal grape offers, discussing Chardonnay produced using oak aging, un-oaked styles, tropical, fruit forward styles and much more.  Taste these thirst quenching, cool, crisp wines and enjoy the wine lesson that accompanies them. 

A full program is provided, and appropriate appetizers from the Bomberos menu will be paired with each wine.  The program begins promptly at 6:30. We ask that you RSVP by phone or email.
