Join us on July 20 as we celebrate our first year anniversary!
To mark this special occasion we are partnering with our good friends from Napa's Falcor Winery for a night of stellar cuisine and award winning wines. Falcor's winemaker, Ryan Bee, will be on hand to taste with you his excellent
portfolio paired with a 5 course menu created by Chef Shane Touhy.
10% of the proceeds will be donated to Breast Friends to benefit breast cancer research.
Cost is $70
6:30 Cocktails in the bar (optional)
7:00 Dinner

Menu:
1st course 2005 Durell Vineyard Chardonnay chilled peach and ginger soup, vanilla bean scented blue crab and marscapone salad
2nd course 2004 Syrah smoked pheasant meatballs, apricot brandy gastrique, black pepper, summer truffle aoli
3rd course 2003 Le Bijou, a Bordeaux-style blend coca cola marinated duck breast, coffee cous cous, carrot marmalade, red wine aoli
4th course 2003 Cabernet Savignon herb salt roasted prime ny striploin, braised chard, �really good� fingerling potatoes, foie gras emulsion, crispy shallots
dessert 2005 Dry Creek Zinfandel chocolate spice cake, grilled plum ice cream |
