This year we’ve decided to give Food for All Seasons proprietor Toni Benjamin free rein to form a menu representing cuisines from throughout the world. She’s traveled far and wide for inspiration in developing a caterer’s culinary portfolio second to none. With Toni’s guidance, AATG director Dick Scheer has chosen an international range of wines to accompany the menu. Throughout the affair, Toni and Dick will introduce each course and its matching wine. So Hi, Ho, Come to the Fair.
