This class is tailored to the ultra-beginner to wine.  If you're looking for an indepth discussion about malolactic fermentation or a dissertation on Vouvray, this is not the class for you.  We'll be putting one of those together soon.  This class is for people who may be intimidated about going to a wine tasting because they don't know anything about wine.  We will literally start at the beginning and discuss the most fundamental wine principals.  We will discuss wine tasting etiquette, how wine is made, basic wine lingo, how to read a wine label, proper glassware, etc.  All in a very basic, non-wine snobby environment.  And, of course, we will be tasting wine!  When you finish this class you will feel completely comfortable walkling into even the most hoity-toity wineries in Napa without a worry.
