Halter Ranch is a new winery with a rich history.Located on the west side of Paso Robles, this property dates back to the 1880's.Bill Sheffer is the winemaker and was recently in our shop with a selection of his best wines. Bill focuses on Rhone Varietals and well as Zinfandel, Tempranillo, and Syrah.This Saturday we will be pouring his Viognier, Syrah, Cabernet,and G.S.M.
