Although Spanish wines have been around for years, they've just recently become the "wine connoisseurs" wine of choice. Taste through several different Spanish wine regions and make your own decision on these "old but new" wines. In this class we take a look at the great regions of Spain, whose wines have held a signature style for centuries. Plus take a look at up and coming regions that have helped shape the rebirth of the Spanish wine trade. Wines from various Denominación de Origén (DO) and Denominación de Origén Calificada (DOCa) will be tasted to emphasize this country’s history, wine styles and future potential. Presented by Master Sommelier Ira Harmon.
