Menu includes: smoked salmon with spicy relish (paired with a dry, sparkling rose); stuffed poblano peppers with mushroom cream sauce (paired with a Chilean Sauvignon Blanc); smoked chicken and black bean quesadillas (paired with a Rhone red); grilled pineapple with raspberry sauce (paired with an American dessert wine).
