From the four corners of this great nation, America has become a melting pot of epicurean delights. John and Susie Ganley invite you to come savor the flavors, wines and beers of America at their Westfield Southgate restaurant, Cosimo’s Brick Oven. Executive chef, Shane Dabney will prepare some of the wonderful cuisines that makeup our distinctive American fare. Come sample dishes from the West Coast, Southwest, Northeast, and way down in Dixieland.
To complement this patriotic sampling, Cosimo’s Brick Oven will be serving samples of great wines from across the country and beers, including: Widmer Drifter Pale Ale, Red Hook, Budweiser All American Ale, and Bud Light Lime. Tasting is limited to 60 please call 941-363-0211 to reserve your spot.
