Get ready to be wined and dined at theTaste of Chile wine dinner, the second  in Cosimo's Too! "The Taste of the Southern Hemisphere" series, on Wednesday, July 8th at 6:30 pm. Using his witty charm and culinary talents, Chef Christopher Covelli will entertain his guests with an impressive four course dinner featuring authentic recipes, and wines from the beguiling  country of Chile.

Cosimo’s Too! wine dinners are more than just food and wine, the evening features an enchanting and entertaining culinary experience designed to dazzle guests with outrageously delicious treats. On Chef Covelli’s menu is: Chilean Sea Bass, Empanadas al Forno, Lentejas Guisadas, Humitas, and Peras Borrachas. Cosimo’s wine staff has selected delightful Chilean wines that embodies the true Chilean essence: Mont Gras Reserva Chardonnay, Cousino Macul Sauvignon Blanc, Maison Du Lac, Merlot, Maipo, Mont Gras Carmenere.
