Join us for a fun filled multi-sport day, which will ensure a good upper and lower body workout! We start the day off with a morning hike before the heat of the day and then in the warm afternoon sun, we'll take a relaxing, cooling kayak down the Delaware River.

Enjoy a 2 1/2 - 3 hour hike along the beautiful ridges of the Delaware Water Gap. The views from atop the ridge are spectacular and when we reach the highest point we’ll be 1,200 ft. above the river with beautiful views of the valley below. You will be able to see 360 degrees into both NJ and PA. We will take a break at the summit where we will admire the beauty of the valley and river below. Often times we'll see hawks soar by along the thermals created by the ridge! This hike is rated as a level II+ hike and includes moderate cardio.

After lunch, we'll go for 2 - 2 1/2 hours of kayaking down the beautifully scenic Delaware River as we relax and enjoy the lush, green, natural river banks of the Delaware Water Gap and bask in the afternoon sun! The kayaks are open cockpit touring kayaks and no previous experience is necessary. (The kayak trip is approx. 6 miles).
