Andrew Daday of Claudio Corallo Chocolate will be at Chocolopolis to share samples of Claudio Corallo’s chocolate and to talk about his unique chocolate-making process from bean to bar. Corallo lives on the island of Sao Tome off the west coast of Africa, where he cultivates some of the finest cacao in the world and turns it into chocolate on site. Enjoy tales of Claudio, his chocolate-making process and his approach to growing cacao while sampling the end result. Chocolopolis will be offering a 20% discount on all Claudio Corallo chocolate purchased that day.
