NOT FOR THE WEAK STOMACH! Popular Demand Brings Iron Chef Round Two! From novice to experienced anyone can join! Bring your co-workers family or friends, form a team, cook, compete & eat!
Chef Marc will divide guests into three groups.
Each individual group to prepare the following menu and set-up a buffet presentation for dinner. Groups will be judged on presentation, preparation, and taste. Everyone will enjoy the complete dinner!
Group 1
Citrus & Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna
Fuji, Scallion Slaw
Lime & Chile Yuzu
Group 2
Baby Red Romaine & Endive
With Enoki, Tangerine and Serrano Chile
Ginger, Black Soy Vinaigrette
Group 3
Miso Glazed Atlantic Salmon
Spring Onion & Shitake Mushroom Risotto
Dessert & Coffee

Laugh, learn, and taste as you indulge each of your senses in our diverse range of courses. Classes are taught by our talented Executive Chef Marc Therrien or other special guest chefs.
