This week it's back to the classics.  We're bringing in Sonoma Vineyards with a few classic dishes.  This will be a lot of fun so make sure you get a chance to come out.

We'll start with Sonoma Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc served with a little Chevre on Baguettes.  Then the Sonoma vineyards Chardonnay accompanied by Fried Polenta.  Next the Sonoma Vineyards Merlot brought out by a little Cured Meat.  Finally the Sonoma Vineyards Syrah with Aged Parmesian on Toasted Breadsticks.

This is a great little brand of wine.  It's really starting to pick up speed.  the food will pair beautifully.  I look forward to meeting you.
