This week we've decided to go back to normal, but with more of an attitude.  We're going to do a new, fantastic brand with more classic pairings.

We're going to start with the Maipe Torontes with a little homemade Guacamole and chips.  Then the Maipe Cabernet Sauvignon and some soft Gorgonzola Cheese.  Next we'll be doing the Maipe Malbec, which was my June Wine of the Month, and we'll be pulling out some Fajitas!!  The final wine will be the Maipe Bonarda where we'll continue the Fajitas.

This will be wonderful event.  If you get a chance to get out of the house this weekend this can be your excuse to get off the couch.  We look forward to seeing you.
