The Lodge at Galena creates a four-course masterpiece while Vino 100 pairs five gorgeous wines to form the “Perfect Pairing.” Each wine is selectively picked to make sure it complements the array of diverse elements and essences in each dish. Your senses would never even have dreamt how a wine can evolve with certain foods. Your palate will be in utopia for the evening while your soul is at rest as you gaze over the tranquil view of the Washoe Valley and Galena Forrest.
