Sparkling ~ House cured Salmon with fresh dill, Meyer lemon and cucumber
Chardonnay ~ Middle neck clams, IWC Garden Swiss chard, apple wood bacon, parm-reggiano
Rosé ~ IWC Garden Heirloom tomato gazpacho with crispy prosciutto and shaved pecorino
Cabernet ~ Wild Mushroom bread pudding with grilled IWC garden veggies
Sangria ~ Spicy Ghost Chile Kobe Meatballs
