Honey Wheat- paired with Pecorino Romano, quince paste, orange blossom honey, micro greens
Berry Weiss- with Duck confit sliders, pretzel bread, mahon cheese, baby spinach & balsamic glaze
Amber Ale-paired with Grilled Hanger steak, sunchoke mash and frisee
Sunset Wheat- paired with Lobster Salad, apple fennel slaw, pumpernickle crouton
