Join us as we visit 5 of Denver's best gourmet and specialty shops. This tour is more than walking into a specialty shop and looking around. The majority of our time will be spent in the stores sampling specialty items and learning about the newest culinary trends (i.e. how many different salts do you use?) You'll learn what makes great cheese, chocolates, different cuts of meat and how to properly prepare them from the owners and chefs themselves, an experience arranged especially for you.
