Please join us for this unique, exciting and inaugural event……
Thursday, October 27, 2009 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Center, located at 1 Market Place overlooking San Diego Bay.
Our approximately 250 guests will be treated to a tasting of featured dishes from some of our area’s finest chefs. You will also enjoy tasting selections from local wineries as you are treated to some of the finest San Diego has to offer. Committed to date are…Bice (Trevor Sacco), Bleu Boheme (Philippe Beltran), Manchester Grand Hyatt (Manfred Steuerwald), Pamplemousse Grill (Jeffrey Strauss), & Sally’s (Sarah Linkenheil)
Along with the Food and Wine Tasting, your evening begins with a Silent Auction, with packages ranging from dazzling jewelry to must-have services, from unique experiences to fun-filled getaways.
A short program will introduce you to the beneficiary of the Signature Chefs Auction ~ the March of Dimes ~ and our mission to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. We will also recognize our sponsors, chefs and supporting partners.
We’ll introduce you to our Ambassador Family who has been touched by the March of Dimes. They’ll share their story and you’ll be offered an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our babies by making a direct 100% tax deductible contribution to the cause as you are invited to “Fund the Mission!”
An exciting Live Auction will take the stage, featuring unique and decadent packages graciously provided by our chefs. Culinary experiences, wine pairings, private parties and more await you!
