At this guided wine tasting, you'll taste 8 picnic & bbq wines great for hot summer days. All 8 wines come from grapes grown without any synthetic chemicals used in the vineyards whatsoever.
Bread, cheese, olives and a few extra treats will be used to show how the flavors of food can change your experience of a wine.
Topics include wine 101 basics, tips on pairing wine & food, a slide-show, handouts, good stories, and some improv to the group that's gathered.
