Please join us for an Absolut Vodka dinner at Seviche Restaurant. Chef Anthony Lamas will expertly prepare a series of food courses to match and highlight the flavors of some delicious Absolut Vodka cocktails created by head bartender Chris DeRome. We will begin with a reception/welcome cocktail at 6:30pm with the dinner following at 7pm. The dinner itself will consist of four food courses, each carefully paired with an accompanying Absolut Vodka cocktail. The dinner will be laid back and fun. It will offer a different experience from the wine dinners and bourbon dinners that we see so often. And you can take comfort in knowing that while you are enjoying your Absolut Vodka cocktail, you are helping feed hungry people in the Louisville area. As part of a statewide program, Absolut Vodka is donating meals in Seviche's name to Kentucky Harvest for all Absolut Vodka purchased through the end of July. Please join us for this wonderful dinner experience and help give something back to the community in the process.
