Do you see yourself on the Food Network?  LET THE FLAMES FLY!  BTS Iron Chef creates some fiery yet fun competition!  Bring your friends, form a team, Cook, Compete & eat! ( available up to 20 Guests)

 

Chef Marc will divide guests into three groups.  Each Group will prepare the following menu and set-up a buffet presentation for dinner.  Groups will then be judged on presentation, preparation, and taste.  Everyone will enjoy the complete dinner!

 

Summer Fresh Spring Rolls with Thai Basil & Mint

Shiitake Mushrooms, Yellow Bell Pepper and Zucchini

Sambal Vinaigrette

 

Baby Arugula & Spinach with Poached Pear,

Candied Pecan, Serrano Ham, Vermont Whit Cheddar

& Grilled Flat Bread Served with Granny Smith Apple Vinaigrette

 

Honey Apple Grilled Flat Iron Steak

Port Shallots, Roasted Marble Potatoes with Horseradish Chive Crème Fraiche

Caramelized Root Vegetables

  • $55.00 per guest. Registration for each class is required a minimum 4 business days in advance.  Please register at www.btscenes.com or call 858.638.1400.
  • For each class BTS provides: instruction, recipe book, all tools and supplies and samples of menus being prepared
  • Classes are limited to 20 guests
  • Classes are held at Behind The Scenes Demonstration Kitchen, 9888 Waples Street, San Diego, CA 92121
  • Classes begin promptly at 6:30PM and last approximately two hours
  • Guests may cancel 3 business days prior to class in order to receive full refund. Within 3 business days the total amount is non refundable
  • Private cooking classes can be arranged with our Executive Chef
  • Groups are welcome and will receive special considerations

Now it’s our turn to share our global culinary repertoire with you! Join us for hands on Behind The Scenes experience in the heart of the action, our state of the art commercial kitchen. Laugh, learn, and taste as you indulge each of your senses in our diverse range of courses. Classes are taught by our talented Executive Chef Marc Therrien or other special guest chefs.
