Wine OR Wine & Food

Wednesday, July 1st is the next Winemaker Dinner at the Plumed Horse presented by Jason Haas, General Manager of Tablas Creek.  Based in Paso Robles, the winery is a joint effort of Jason's dad, Robert Haas, and the Perrin family of Chateau de Beaucastel from France's Chateauneuf-du-pape region.

Organically farmed Mourvedre, Grenache Noir, Syrah, Counoise, Roussanne, Viognier, Picpoul Blanc, Marsanne, and Grenache Blanc are hand harvested and blended at the winery.  After visiting the winery earlier this year, we wanted to bring this special experience to the Plumed Horse.

Executive Chef/Owner Peter Armellino has designed a special menu for the evening..
