Italy is undergoing a wine revolution, and Tuscany is at the forefront. Out is
thin, acidic Chianti in a straw basket; in is age-worthy, concentrated
Brunello. Even the classics have been reinterpreted. From modern Chianti
Classico to Bolgheri on the Tuscan coast, we will explore the growth and
development of modern Tuscan wine.
Preregistration is required for all classes. Wally's classes are held in the Wally's Wine Room at the store (2107 Westwood Blvd., Los Angleles, CA 90025). Classes start promptly at 7:00 pm and run until approximately 8:30 pm. Selections from Wally's specialty foods department are included.
