Sommelier Dean Medeiros will present his infamous Wine 101 Lecture, the 5 Commandments of Wine, polished from 11 years at the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival in Orlando, FL; in San Juan Capistrano on July 26th. Come learn the basics, and the punishments (!) for violating the commandments!  Learn about perfume, temperature, pairing, tasting technique, and a famous city in China... and how it all relates to wine!
