Our Introduction to Wine Class is a fun way to learn about grape characteristics, wine regions and wine making all while tasting unique wines and developing your palate. The class covers the tricks sommeliers do for blind tasting by focusing on sight, smell and taste. Whether you're a novice or a wine geek this class is a great open forum to learn, taste and have fun. Cheese and cracker are also served.
