Join us in welcoming Daryl Groom to South Florida, and to taste his new wines made in Australia. Daryl was co-winemaker with John Duval at Penfolds, from 1984 to 1990, helping to develop Grange, Penfolds famous Shiraz. In 1990, Daryl was recruited as director of winemaking for Peak Estates, where he brought world-wide recognition to Geyser Peak and other wines in the Peak Estates portfolio. Daryl is now producing his own wines, along with his wife, Lisa, and David and Jeanette Marschall, Australian wine industry veterans themselves. They make their wines with grapes from their own vineyard, which is located adjacent to Penfolds renowned Kalimna Vineyard- the home of Grange.
