In addition to teaching the basics of fine wine tasting, you will explore the unique qualities that make Italy one of the world’s top producers of wine.  Match sauces and spices with a selection of specially chosen wines, designed to compliment and enrich your dining experience. This 1.5 hour class teaches you how to pair classic Chianti or a rich, sassy Riesling with elegant pastas, cheeses, and other Italian fare.  Our wine expert will answer your wine questions and provide recipes, suggestions, and ideas on how you can turn a simple dinner into a memorable meal.
